We booked our family holiday through Mia and Amy at Aspire Travel, and it was amazing from start to finish! They were so helpful and really took the time to find the perfect trip for us. Everything ran smoothly — flights, transfers, and hotel — and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. They gave great recommendations for family-friendly activities, and the kids had the best time. Hayley has booked us an awesome road trip for our wedding anniversary and I'm so excited! She was so patient with me, pricing up different hotels, researching parking options and resort fees, as well as changing room types and car hire when asked, nothing was too much trouble. This is why you book with Mia…..4 days before we were due to travel we read some new, very negative reviews about our hotel. Spoke to Mia and 3 hours later we are all sorted, new destination, lovely hotel & all relatively stress free considering it’s October half term. This is the first time in a long time that my husband and I have booked a holiday through a travel agent rather than online and I'm so glad we did!! Lowri helped us to create our perfect bucket list holiday! We had an idea in mind and lowri and her team worked so hard to make the itinerary perfect for us, giving alternatives until we were completely happy with everything. Being a land tour and a cruise made it a little more complex to package together and fit with our dates, but nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend Lowri and Aspire Travel and hope to use them again very soon!

Mia sorted out holiday from planning to departure. From booking golf tee, clubs, buggy, flight seats nothing was too much. We arrived to a champagne reception, a beautiful room over looking the golf course and mountains beyond. The hotel staff were fabulous along with the restaurants & bars within the complex. We had our own holiday advisor on site for which nothing was too much. We paid for a couple of meal upgrades and the Beef Grill was out of this world. The gold was exceptional and we met some lovely people on course from the uk. All in all the Hotel was 5* and the service we had from Mia and her team was also 5*, I would throughly recommend this resort to anyone who’s looking for a luxury golfing break. Thank you Mia for another fabulous break x

Well done you! to get this so right first time, you read my mind and last minute, all took some doing, the hotel meet and greet was lovely and they have upgraded us to a duplex suite and I cannot wait to see more tomorrow. Cannot fault the service from Aspire travel .They really seem to care about booking you a lovely holiday .Such friendly service and go above and beyond with the extras that they do ,messages before you go to wish you an enjoyable holiday ,welcome post card and bottle of wine in room on arrival and also post card on return to say they hope we had a good time and phone call on return ,I don't think I have ever had such good customer service from any other holiday company and have been travelling abroad for over 40 years now. Costa Rica was amazing, I have meant to send you a message to say a HUGE THANK YOU as it was perfect from start to finish, we didn’t have to worry about anything, the schedule and activities were perfect, so much to do and see, kids had a blast as well with the pools at the hotels, so if we weren’t out spotting we were generally poolside.
They have ranked there favourite hotels, activities, pools and meals So many happy memories & thank you for the fizz in our room in Drakes Bay too!!Honestly as full time working parents we would never have pulled off such a holiday and trip without having you, it was x3 years of planning round a kitchen table with wine and you turned it into a reality We’re already planning where next!!

I’ve been absolutely dying to message you but didn’t want to disturb your weekend.Firstly OMG!!! You honestly have no idea how unbelievably grateful we are to of found you and for everything you have done to make it such an awesome holiday for us! Everything ran smoothly, the airport was a breeze (thank you SO MUCH for that!!) and the hotel-WOW!!! I could honestly cry!! it was exactly what we were looking for and more, the location was perfect for us! We met and made some really lovely friends (both children and adults) and everyone at the hotel was so lovely and friendly! I just wanted to say a big thank you for your help in finding somewhere suitable for Ella and her friends. As they were all recently turned 18 year olds, going on their first holiday without parents I was a little nervous (I think they were too!)But they of course had a great time! We gave you a list of all their preferences and 'must haves' and the hotel/area you found was perfect! Exactly the right balance of things to do within walking distance but not too busy/overwhelming. The girls said the hotel was really good, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was great & the food good too. Two of the girls were unwell for a couple of days which wasn't ideal but they managed a visit to Rhodes Town one day and a boat trip to Symi island another day as-well as plenty of pool & beach time. A successful first girls holiday Thanks again x

As you've gathered, we had a fab time in Crete.The flight times were perfect, parking was smooth & easy, and pre-booked extra legroom seats were lovely.The private transfer was really appreciated as it was comfortable and so quick.We arrived at the hotel at about 1.30pm local time and sailed through a very easy early check-in.The entire hotel is just gorgeous, and the room was exceptional, with the most incredible view out over the ocean. Everything felt very classy & luxurious and all the staff at the hotel were top class. I made use of the spa one day and had 2 x body treatments and a massage, which were all lovely.We only ate breakfast at the hotel, this was delicious and a great choice.In the evenings, we took the short stroll into the town centre and enjoyed a different restaurant (and several bars!) each night.I've been to a lot of lovely hotels in a few countries but can safely say I would return here in a heartbeat and your recommendations were spot on, as was the entire service you offered from start to finish!

Hotel is immaculately clean. We upgraded to a 3 bed swim up room for 7 of our days which was £370 and worth every penny! I’ll send a video in a sec… the main pools were shut a lot due to kids pooing in it, but didn’t Affect us as we had the swim up. The food was amazing. So much choice…god knows what people moaned about! The alcohol was rubbish but it was so hot we didn’t drink much anyway!! The people in the hotel were what let it down to be honest, but you get that anywhere!! We did a day trip of a Jeep safari which was brilliant.., great views and waterfalls and water fights between the jeeps all day!! Also had a gorgeous meal in Alanya which we got free transport too and from!! We had a bloody excellent holiday and I’m really pleased we didn’t cancel! We probably won’t bother with all inclusive again but that’s mainly because we missed going out for meals!

We are home from a lovely week in Spain and the holiday blues have definitely set in this morning!! The hotel was amazing, staff very friendly, very clean spacious rooms, food was amazing!! We ventured into a couple of old town witch were so beautiful and took a trip to the caves witch was so beautiful and amazing to see!! There was so much going on in the hotel you didn’t need to leave the hotel, the boys loved the kids club and the shows put on in the evening for children they also enjoyed the mini disco every night, there was live entertainment every night on the terrace, the app was handy as could also what’s on everyday!! We had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend the Iberostar Malaga and will definitely go back again!! Xxx

Thanks 🤩 a million for sorting out our holiday to Hotel Petousis in Crete. It was an amazing way to spend our wedding anniversary in such a beautiful place. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the weather was fantastic and the food was 👌. The only regret is that we didn’t go for 10 days. But good things have to unfortunately come to an end. Oh Clare! It was up there as one of our best! Kefalonia is utterly beautiful. The scenery off the scale! The people were the

friendliest people we've ever encountered and that hotel - 9 muses is an absolute gem. People go there year after year after year! They felt like family and we only knew them a few days. We went to Ithaca for a night, another stunning island and we did an island tour of Kefalonia. We can't recommend it more highly

Absolutely FANTASTIC trip. We loved it so much so thank you!!Hotel was clean and comfortable… a couple of miles out from all the bars and restaurants but we enjoyed the walking and exploring so all good!! Plus there was a couple of really lovely coffee shops and Italian restaurant close which we loved!Uber was our best friend and so reasonably priced and quick!The spa was simply amazing!! We loved it…. Booked online with ease and Uber there was just over a tenner and 20 minutes.
We were there early and got our treatments booked with ease. Stayed 8 hours instead of 4.Overall. Bloody great trip. Thank you xxx

It was really, really good.
The hotel was very pleasant, the staff were friendly and there was a range of bars, cafes and restaurants close by. It was ideal.
The excursions were excellent, the drivers were very professional and the expert tour guide Andrew Thornton was exceptional - he was interesting, informative and very engaging. It was all very well organised.
My fellow travellers were great too, we all shared a common interest which gave us plenty to talk about when we relaxed in the hotel bar in the evening. I was fine as a solo traveller.
The days were pretty long and full on, I must admit it was tiring but we saw and experienced so much; it was well worth it.
I would recommend the trip highly for anyone interested in WW1. Thank you for finding it for me .All in all, it was a great trip. I'm looking forward to Normandy in July xxx

Having deliberated between a return trip to Seychelles or a trip to Mauritius it was definitely the right decision.My only dilemma is I missed the soft sand beach and fish filled waters of Beau Vallon Seychelles.I honestly can’t thank Clare and Kelly from Aspire travel for their ongoing outstanding service!

Well we are back to reality
Why do the weeks on holiday always go quicker than those at work !!
Thanks for recommending such an amazing place … we absolutely loved every minute of it
Meliá have done it again and provided a top class hotel
Food was so tasty we were both excited to go to the restaurant each night to see what delicious local flavours we would find and the best selection of deserts and biscuits !
Hotel buildings and grounds were beautiful and we couldn’t fault the spa either !!
the staff really made us feel very welcome and We were lucky enough to celebrate Eid with them which was brilliant

I came across Clare and Kelly while job hunting on linkedin a few years ago. Since then I have had 3 holidays booked through Clare and have had nothing but good things happen since then. Riu palace hotel, boa vista, cape verde review. What a hotel, fully lives up to 5 star rating.
Great room, Sunbeds always at least 50% empty around pools, easy to get sunbeds on beach before 10.00 and well spread out.
Food and service always many empty tables to sit at in restaurant and within 10 seconds waiter asking what you want to drink.
All food top quality and well cooked, no queues. 3 al-a-carts all top quality food and service.we did 7 a-la-carts visits in 2 weeks but no real need as buffet restaurant was still very good. The hotel seemed so quiet I asked reception how full it was and they said 95% full so we will be definitely be returning. Mia you will love it, the amount of staff waiting on you is brilliant and they are so friendly.

My wife and I were looking for something special to celebrate 30years of marriage.
After contacting Libby we could not be more impressed with her professionalism and enthusiasm too find exactly what we wanted.

Thank you for our welcome home card, we arrived home after an amazing three weeks in a fabulous hotel, the food was the best ever buffet, eaten in the ‘adult’ only restaurant, (every evening we watched amazing sunsets!)but you could also ‘venture’ into the family restaurant where there was even more choice of wonderful varied and beautifully presented healthy and not so healthy options! We were so fortunate with the weather 21 days of hot sunshine… we walked along the ‘promenade’ both ways(105 miles we walked in 3 weeks!)our hotel was situated in an excellent position overlooking the sea.The staff were very helpful and friendly, our suite was very quiet and comfortable… so altogether we would certainly recommend the Iberostar Lanzarote park…for adults only request the Star Priority option when booking, as this is obviously the quieter part of the outside area with a heated pool and jacuzzi! There are plenty of sun beds and Balinese beds, a pool bar serving snacks and drinks overlooking Flamingo beach in Playa Blanca.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to you for helping us organise our trip to Sri Lanka. You were very patient whilst we changed our minds lots! But in the end it was totally worth it. You organised the best driver we could have wished for and the trip wouldn’t have been the same without him. Tharindu, turned up on time with the biggest smile and greeted us with beautiful gifts! We felt at ease with him immediately. On my birthday he bought me some beautiful gifts and on our final day gave a parting gift which he loves!We stayed at 6 amazing properties and you allowed us to be flexible with booking 2 of those hotels ourselves as they aren’t open to agents yet. ‘Mountain view’ in Ella that you booked which has changed names to ‘ The Pinnacle Ella’ turned out to be great! They upgraded us to a beautiful room (deluxe sea view) and we will definitely return here as the staff here were incredible, this is a must stay! I know you had issues with them prior to us arriving but I think this may have been caused by their re branding and emails changing too! 3 nights in Yala national turned out to be a blessing in disguise for us as it enabled us to do more game drives! We saw leopards which was awesome. We’ve been lucky enough to have some wonderful holidays in the past but this exceeded our expectations and will be one of our most favourite holidays/destinations so far. I’d recommend touring Sri Lanka and all the properties we stayed at. Except maybe stay at Habanara lodge rather than the village as rooms need updating.
I’d also recommend Amy and Aspire travel as Amy you are definitely patient! The team work hard to make the holiday perfect.

We are back from our fabulous Singapore/Thailand adventure.I would like to say Thank you for everything you did booking this holiday for us. We couldn’t fault it, the ship was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The options of entertainment were endless. The day trips organised were very good. All the guides were knowledgeable and helpful and the buses they used were clean and had aircon which was very much needed.
