The purpose of the trip was to gain a deeper understanding of the destination, inspect the Atrium portfolio of luxury hotels, and learn more about the experiences available to visitors across the island.

Where We Stayed

Atrium Platinum Luxury Resort & Spa

Our base for the trip was the stunning Atrium Platinum Luxury Resort & Spa, a five-star property located just a short drive from Rhodes Old Town.

Despite being a large resort, it never felt crowded, offering a spacious and relaxed atmosphere throughout. The hotel combines luxury facilities with excellent service and a convenient location close to both the beach and the vibrant attractions of Rhodes Town.

During the trip, we visited all three Atrium properties in Rhodes, each offering a unique holiday experience.

Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas

Located near Lindos, Atrium Palace provides a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere, making it ideal for families and couples looking to explore the cultural side of Rhodes.

The hotel's peaceful setting and excellent facilities make it a fantastic base for discovering nearby attractions, beaches and traditional Greek villages.

Atrium Prestige Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas

This was undoubtedly one of the standout properties of the trip.

Located in a more secluded area of the island, Atrium Prestige offers exceptional luxury and privacy, making it ideal for honeymooners, couples and guests seeking a truly relaxing escape.

For travellers who prefer to spend most of their holiday enjoying the facilities of a luxury resort, this property delivers an outstanding experience.

A Standout Experience

One feature that particularly impressed us was the Atrium mobile app.

Guests can order food and drinks directly to their sunbed, creating a seamless and luxurious poolside experience. Combined with the attentive and friendly service from the pool team, it was a small detail that made a big impact on the overall guest experience.

The food throughout the trip was exceptional.

From traditional Rhodian dishes to international cuisine, there was an impressive variety of options available across the resorts.

Rhodes Old Town was one of the highlights of the trip. The cobbled streets, historic architecture, colourful flowers, local shops and welcoming atmosphere create a truly memorable experience.

Visitors can spend hours wandering through the medieval streets, discovering hidden squares, local restaurants and independent boutiques.

One pleasant surprise was how affordable many of the bars, restaurants and shops were within the Old Town, offering excellent value alongside the destination's rich history and charm.

Travel Experience

Travel from the UK to Rhodes was straightforward and convenient.

Whilst airport procedures on arrival were slightly slower due to increased manual passport checks, families with young children were prioritised and the process remained well organised.

Once through the airport, transfers were simple and the journey to the resorts was quick and comfortable.
