Welcome Sarah to Aspire Travel - Thrapston ✈️💙

We are absolutely delighted to officially welcome Sarah AspireTravel to Aspire Travel – Thrapston as our new Senior Travel Consultant.

And what an incredible addition to the Aspire family she is.

With over 30 years of travel, leadership, commercial and customer experience expertise, Sarah brings a truly unique skillset to our growing team - combining a lifelong passion for travel with an impressive background in pricing, forecasting, performance, and strategic planning across the travel and leisure industry.

Sarah’s career began in travel and tourism, including overseas management with Thomson Tour Operations, before progressing into senior leadership and commercial roles across the sector. Most recently, she spent more than 20 years at Travel + Leisure Co, specialising in pricing, inventory management, revenue optimisation, forecasting, and customer performance - helping shape commercial decisions and drive results across multiple regions.

But while Sarah’s commercial expertise is exceptional, what stood out to us most is her warmth, energy, people-first approach and genuine passion for helping others.

Travel has always been part of Sarah’s story. From her early tourism career to a lifelong love of discovering new destinations, meeting people from different backgrounds and creating memorable experiences, helping clients plan unforgettable holidays feels like the perfect next chapter.

Sarah also brings extensive leadership experience, having previously managed large customer service teams, coached colleagues, recruited and developed talent, and supported people to achieve their best. Her calm professionalism, eye for detail and ability to truly listen make her an incredible fit for the personalised service we pride ourselves on at Aspire Travel.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys fundraising for local causes, keeping active, public speaking and leadership development through Toastmasters, where she has even served as President - strengthening her communication skills and passion for supporting others.

Based in our Thrapston store, Sarah is ready to help clients plan everything from luxury escapes and cruises to tailor-made adventures, family holidays and bucket-list experiences.
